I was told long ago my stomach has spasms and given dicyclomine..once 10 mg...once 20 mg...my stomach is spasming again..is there a higher dose ?..

See a physician: Reading between the lines it would appear to me that you need more than just a dose increase. You gastroenterologist should re-evaluate your diagnosis and whether your current treatment is appropriate.
