You should be : Evaluated for possible circulatory disturbance. I have seen purple toes in raynaud's but that will happen under stress or cold temperatures not hot as you describe. Purple can also be seen in venous congestion. It is plausible that the heat will vasodilatory your vessles but when going thru the venous system it is getting congested. A vascular doc can help with further evaluation.
