Possible: Your description makes it possible that this could be an early miscarriage. This however depends on when bleeding happened in relationship to your cycle. In order to get to the point of visualizing the sac, that means you should have had a missed cycle. It is best to take what you passed to you gynecologist where it can be sent for microscopic evaluation to confirm.
