I had a 6 week miscarriage 4 days go. bleeding stopped today and seemed to be over today. a few hours later stabbing pain in my right abdomen and full red bleeding started with cramps. is it normal to start up again?

If you did not expel all the products of conception this second bleed should not last long, nor should the pain. How was the miscarriage diagnosed? Did you have an ultrasound and declining HCG levels? If not and you only ever had bleeding I would be concerned about ectopic pregnancy, either from earlier misdiagnosis or a 2nd gestation. If the pain and bleeding haven't stopped, go to the ER now
