I have a red bump on the bridge of my nose for the past year wont go away?

Red bump on nose: Has it gotten larger? Is it painful? Does it itch or bleed? Is it irregular in shape? Does it have a dimple in the center? Have pcp or dermatologist exam it, possibly biopsy it if suspicious for basal cell or squamous cell cancer or solar/actinic keratosis.
