Diet and exerfcise: Healthy, balanced diet is essential (get a good book--free at your local library). Heavier, wt bearing exercises will build larger muscles, lighter wt and more reps will create better definition of your muscles. You should exercise all parts of your body--balance/more proportionate is better. I rescommend consulting a nutritionist (or your doc) along with a trainer. Good luck.
