Being a 17 year old is it bad to take an herbal test booster to increase muscle growth and size?

Only for your wallet: These products are made possible by their classification as supplements. They are not regulated by the food and drug administration and not required to show evidence that they do anything they claim. Many who believe in them will claim a benefit when it is their workouts and other dietary factors that provide benefit.Use it if you wish, but i find no evidence that it provides any long term benifit.
