No but...: Its generally not advisable to eat anything too late at night. Even fresh fruits. Avoid eating anything close to bedtime.

No OD seen yet: The general rule of thumb is that anything in excess is not a good thing. If you are healthy, having some extra grapes (concern of excessive sugar, especially for diabetics) won't do you harm. Grapes contain quite a few antioxidants and some fibers, as well as good roughage (skin). I have not seen or heard of anyone od on grapes yet..So enjoy. Keep healthy. Live well. Good luck.
