See doc 4 treatments: Unfortunately, there isn't much in term of meds available otc to treat neuropathy/tremors unless you have some vitamin deficiency such as low B12 or b6 etc....Since you are experiencing much symptoms, i suggest consulting doc for treatment. Regardless of the CMT result, you have significant symptoms affecting your life and this should be treated. Consult doc. Good luck.
