Pls educate me. what is possible condition for body tremors (only visible by hands) in upright position but none in supine or prone position?

Intentional tremor?: Symptoms could be benign such as too much caffeine or stress. If others, especially older family members have tremor, could be a congenital condition. If it worsens have your physician check it out with an exam. Probably not urgent to be seen about this.
