Any type: If you're only 3 4/7 weeks pregnant, i.e. Very early pregnancy, you don't have any limitations in exercise. I recommend avoiding contact sports like football, basketball, etc. But running, yoga, spinning, pilates are excellent types of exercise to do while pregnant and will make your delivery much smoother.

Prenatal yoga?: At your gestational age almost any exercise program you were doing before pregnancy is fine, but a prenatal yoga dvd might help if you are specifically looking for stress relief.
