Nystagmus?: You may be describing nystagmus which is involuntary movement of the eyes. You need to see an ophthamologist to evaluate this. There may be some benefit from medications such as baclofen, namenda, Gabapentin or keppra (levetiracetam).

A number of things: New onset of rapid eye movement.... Nystagmus can be caused by drugs, trauma, a stroke, or even a tumor. You should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist, and you may need evaluation by a neurologist or neuro-ophthalmologist.
