Snoring: Be checked to made sure that your nasal passages are not blocked. If that is not an issue, you should be checked out for sleep apnea.

Snoring: If you are obese, you need to lose weight. Easier said than done, i know. If you have enlarged tonsils and adenoids, your doctor may discuss removing them, which can help a lot. If you smoke, stop. In any case, if you are snoring that much you may also be suffering from sleep apnea. Long term consequences of apnea include increased heart disease, obesity, diabetes, more. See your doctor.
