Sores in the head: Depends on the sores. If these lesions bother you enough to look for treatment, they should prompt you to go to a dermatologist for diagnosis. That is really the only way to get the right treatment.

In your head??: Do you mean in your mouth? In your nose? On your scalp? The answer to your question will be determined by what the sores are. With your vague description, i can only guess at what they might be. The best advice i can give is have them checked by your doctor, then ask him the same question.

Trytry: Try otc dandruff shampoos or hibiclens soap. Leave on 5 minutes. Can use daily. If no improvement see dermatologist to discuss treatment options.
