Several things: You can try Bacitracin in the nose, abriva on the lips. In the mouth you can gargle with warm salt water. If you are getting a lot of these sores frequently you should visit your doctor.

Where do lupus sores typically occur? I have had numerous sores in my mouth on my gums, one on my lip, and one in my nose. Not at same time ANA 1:640
