Anything : After a few day of recovery you can pretty much eat whatever you want. Provided that you don't have to underline peptic ulcer disease or gerd.

Low fat diet: Avoid high fat content & milk products. Diarrhea is a common for the first week. If it persists, Questran (cholestyramine) can help reduce bloating roti, parata (without ghee) & vegetables should be fine.
