You don't : If you don't have a testosterone hormone deficiency, and you take steroids, you may become more Insulin resistant. Additionally you may cause testicular shrinking as doping (when you take anabolic hormones when you don't physiologically need them) suppresses pituitary gonadotropins from normal feedback mechamism to keep testes healthy. For females other problems develop.

Not a good idea: The steriods you will be using are likely anabolic. They have many potential side effects and should be avoided. These are also banned in almost all competitive sports.
