Expected: People with pre-diabetes and type 2 dm are predisposed to low blood sugars because of high Insulin levels released upon eating, particularly starchy or sugary foods. Best way to avoid low blood sugar is to eat foods with more fiber and less starch overall. Higher numbers will also improve with healthier diet and exercise. Really important to have nutritionist involved.
