Maybe nothing : Recent pull-down surgery? If so, contact her doctor. If not, and she had been having usually normal stools and now she's becoming dehydrated or has high fever, significant belly pain, or blood in stool, contact her doctor right away. This could be a viral infection also, in which case it will pass with no medication necessary. If you're not sure please contact her doctor.
