Trainer: Sounds like you might benefit from a personal trainer to get you started. That would also help you in developing the correct exercise routines with lower injury risk than if you just tried to do it on your own. Once they teach you the basics and how to progress you could then proceed on your own after some weeks of training. Good luck!
