If you have "swamp thing" brown/green stools, plus lower right abdominal pain/nausea for 5 days, do you have appendicitis? urine sample was normal.

Not likely: Less likely appendicitis if still eating, if no fevers, etc. Can be irritable bowel or lower GI infection, or bacterial flora imbalance after recent stress or antibiotics. Should see dr for evaluation.

GI disorder: Appendicitis is not the most likely problem, but if fever or pain are severe or persist, you need to be checked. Gastroenteritis or colitis is more likely.
