2-3 days: Being 24 yrs of age and in good health, you will likely heal fast. Usually in 2-3 days after the extraction, the cavity left from the extracted tooth is filled in and clotted-up and you should be able to exercise as long you are not having too much pain. So, just take the cue from your body...If you feel up to it, then do so. If not, take it easy for few days until you are better. Good luck.

Varies: Depends upon the difficulty of the surgery, the type of extractions and your medical health. At 24, i recommend no physical exertion for 48 hours post-surgery as a rule. If complicated extractions, that could extend to a week or more. If extraction sites become infected or dry sockets develop, healing will be further protracted. Let your body heal--it will only help.
