Dx: chron's 14 yrs ago. recent blood in stool. scope revealed mild ulceration. seems like too much blood to be from 2-3 small ulcers in rectum.

Ulcers: If the ulceration just happened to be affecting the blood vessels- yes you can have quite significant bleeding even though the ulcers are not big. You definitely need to be followed regularly by your GI doctor with serial endoscopy.
