Beijing is on pace for its worst year ever; at times you can see less than 200 feet in front of you. Try: n95 industrial mask no heavy exercise extra fluids fresh fruit/ vegetables as anti cancer strategy limit stay.

Stay inside: Stay inside when possible. Don't exercise if it is hot. If exercising, do it in the early morning or towards evening, if outdoors. Or better yet, wait until you return home. Avoid walking/traveling on crowded highways. Consider picking up an antioxidant, like coq10, and eat anti-oxidant rich foods like tomatoes as much as possible.
