Stay inside: Stay inside when possible. Don't exercise if it is hot. If exercising, do it in the early morning or towards evening, if outdoors. Or better yet, wait until you return home. Avoid walking/traveling on crowded highways. Consider picking up an antioxidant, like coq10, and eat anti-oxidant rich foods like tomatoes as much as possible.
