Lifestyle audit: Go through your residence and look for problems.Eliminate all items that generate smoke (candles), fragrance, fumes and the like. Change your ac filters and consider an electrostatic filter. Quit smoking and or exclude smokers from your home. The above is a good start, but you will notice other issues as time passes.
