Pelvic joints: Sound emanates from symphysis pubis and sacroiliac joint. When ligaments that hold pelvic joints together are damaged and lose their inherent tethering strength the pelvic joints subluxes; one bone moves over the other. Sometimes sudden sounds are generated.
