Isotretinoin?: Some brand names vary by country. Isotretinoin can cause liver issues & high triglycerides, which can be worsened with alcohol. Since you are no longer taking it and only took it 4 days, there probably is not much risk. It takes 24 hours for the level of the medicine in your blood to reduce by half (half-life). Check with the doc who prescribed it.
