Yes: Yes you can conceive. Unfortunately, pregnancy outcome in women with bicornuate uterus may not always be as favorable as in women with a "normal" shaped uterus. Miscarriage rates are higher, preterm labor is higher and breech presenting infants are more common in women with bicornuate uterus.

Bicornate Uterus: Only your gynecologist can examine your uterus and determine the chamber sizes. This is the single most important determinant of your chances of carrying a pregnancy to term. With the history of 4 miscarriages, it would seem that your can cues are lower. A simple surgical procedure - a hysteroplasty - may help. Consult your gynecologist.
