Common : Common symptoms of a bladder infection are urgency, frequency, burning with urination, and visible blood in the urine. Low back pain is less common but is a symptom. It also may be a symptom related to kidney infection in addition to bladder infection. Fever is generally associated with kidney infections along with nausea and vomiting.
