I have pain ranging from my bladder to my left groin, to the left side of my lower back. i had a bladder infection 2 weeks ago, is it possible this hasnt cleared? or should i look into a possible groin injury?

Causes of low back pain, blood in urine, aching in ovary area, pinching in groin area. Treated for bladder infection but still microscopic blood.
