Depends: This depends on the organ of interest. This is not uncommon with the ovaries and uterus as us has an advantage. This is same with the breasts as well. As for other organs in the abdomen, sometimes it may depends on the patient's body habitus or lack of intravenous contrast/dye that some finding may not be apparent on ct.
