Can a person with cll use sugar and/or honey?

Certainly: Sugar & honey when used in moderation can be a part of a healthy diet. Restrictions might be needed for diabetics. A large study is being planned to determine how restriction of carbohydrates and sugars may affect treatment of certain cancers. There is no data how this can affect lymphomas or leukemias like cll.

Sure: Ignore all "pop" advice about diet for this illness, which is usually mild. Try to find out the results of flow cytometry on your case and read up.
