What other diet meds are as effective as adipex?

Wishful thinking: Hi over the long haul of bariatric meds, Phentermine (generic of adipex) still sems to work the best in my opinion. But, and a big but--no pun intended. I believe only a physician who specializes in weight loss and has taken special medical education re: weight loss meds should be prescribing for these meds. I do wish more meds would be appoved by the fda. I have lots to say about lack of wt med.
