Phentermine: Phentermine can have many side effects, including tachycardia, insomnia, dizziness, constipation, etc. It is metabolized by the liver, so your kidneys won't be directly affected. Most treatment courses last no more than 6 wks; this drug can be habit forming, and dangerous side effects can occur if it is stopped abruptly. Please be sure you are seeing a physician while taking this drug.
