Not likely: Having busy, active babies is a great thing. Depending on the age of the child and how she was delivered, the pains are not likely to be from the climbing or kicking. Stress of having an infant along with routine daily life can cause pain from acid reflux or stomach irritation. Healing the belly after delivery can cause discomfort for a little while as well. Talk to your doctor about it.
