Nasal congestion: Physiologically, the nasal turbinates enlarge rhythmically every 2 hours alternating sides. Hence your nose feels blocked on one side, if they are swollen from allergies. Allegra may help a bit, but a nasal steroid will help better. Some are available otc in europe, such as fluticasone.
