Sounds like allergy: Why do you think that this is not from an allergic reaction? Try an antihistamine to see if it helps. If problem cannot be resolved, see your doctor. PS: Allergy can develop at any age.

May be: just because you have never had allergies doesnt mean you didnt get any. could be dusts or allergens. try using a neti pot.
