Will sensitivity to a med always last forever? like, once hypersensitive, always hypersensitive? i don't wanna stay away from nsaids forever.

Depends: It depends on what you mean by hypersensitive.......If you mean hives, rash, swelling then yes, if you mean upset stomach you may be able to try a different nsaid, i suggest you discuss with your doctor the next time you are in.
