I have had a sore throat, fatigue, white coating on tongue with red spots and a cough. sore throat has disappeared but others remained for 8+ weeks.

See your doctor: Without knowing your medical history and medication use, hard to tell for sure what this is. Best to see your doctor and test whether the white coating on your tongue is thrush, a type of fungal infection. May need treatment for this. It is a long time to be experiencing fatigue and have this coating and cough. Need blood tests and a physical exam to assess reason. Please see your doctor soon.
