Get this checked.: A lump in the front of the neck could be a lymph node. It might be your thyroid gland if it's enlarged, and it could be a thyroid nodule - or even a tumor. There are also some other cysts that can remain from when we were embryos. Because it could possibly be something dangerous, you should see your doctor about this. Get some info and some reassurance! lgromkomd.
