I've started getting migraines, speech problems, and memory loss. i haven't slept well in months. could it be sleep deprivation? how do i fix it?

Possibly: Sleep deprivation as a possible migraine trigger is a realistic concern. The broader and probably more impotant question is why aren't you sleeping well. That may be the cause of not just sleep deficit, but also the migraine and other issues you describe. See your physician. Maybe also a psychologist/psychiatrist. If you know why you aren't sleeping well, address that with them. Good luck.
