Not the best idea: In general, one should not resume vigorous contact sports after concussion until symptom free and checked out by a doctor. Even if cleared, i would recommend to wait at least one year. This gives the brain ample time to heal and recover.

If symptom free: If yoiu are completely symptom free from the concussion, yoiu can resume sky diving. Be very careful, it is a long way down and your want to protect your head.

Do it: Concussion is serious but if your symptoms have resolved, and you are not an athlete on a 90-day suspension, there is no reason to make yourself an invalid. I'm both a skydiver and a ringside physician. If you're good after 30 days, go back to enjoying your freefall.
