Few days: Meth or methamphetamine is short acting and should be out of your system in a day or two. Meth if you mean Methadone a long acting opioid and remains in your system for few days to a week.

Same : Elimination times are called half-life.. The half life is how long it takes for half of the administered dose to be excreted. Meth and amphetamines are excreted in the kidney, and with normal kidney function the half life, not the duration of effect, is 10 to 13 hours in healthy adults so 50 to 65 hours would be the estimated time.Regardless of antibiotics or not.
