No: I do hope that your experimenting with meth is history. I'm basing my answer on a pretty good understanding of human physiology, although of course nobody's going to do an experiment to test it. Perhaps this is why others may have waffled.

Probably not: The metabolic pathways for meth and other amphetamine derivatives is not fully understood but i find no antibiotics that effect their metabolism or excretion. However, medications or other substances that change the acid base balance in you r urine will definitely affect the thedetection rate and the rate of elimination of meth and its cousins from your body.
