No: I do hope that your experimenting with meth is history. I'm basing my answer on a pretty good understanding of human physiology, although of course nobody's going to do an experiment to test it. Perhaps this is why others may have waffled.

However, medications or other substances that change the acid base balance in you r urine will definitely affect the thedetection rate and the rate of elimination of meth and its cousins from your body.
