Diabetes and HIV: I may not be able to help much yet here. I need more information. But, there should be no problems getting your blood sugars managed if you are HIV positive and on good HIV medications. I would need to know what your full medical history is. What your medications are. And how your HIV is doing with getting your HIV fully suppressed to an undetectable level.
