A member asked:

Will increasing antioxidants reduce chronic fatigue?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nope: No one is really sure what "chronic fatigue" is and whether it really is a true medical disorder. Antioxidants have not been shown to be beneficial for any medical problem, and actually have been associated with increased risk of certain medical disorders. Save you money and your health unless your doctor can give you specific diagnosis and suggest a treatment. Don't get medical advice from tv/net.
