Liver repair: Liver should not be affected after gallbladder surgery at all. During gallbladder removal from the live they'll have been some bleeding but no permanent damage occurs

Yes: A routine gallbladder removal operation does not injure the liver, and so there is nothing to repair. Even is there is slight tearing or damage to the liver capsule, which can happen in cases where the gallbladder is very inflamed, it will repair itself without problem.
