I am 28 weeks pregnant and i am 1cm dilated what do i do?

Increased rest: You are by definition a "high risk" pregnancy because of your age alone. You should avoid straining, squatting, bearing down or any hi impact exercise. Increase time off your feet. Consider shortening your work hours and ask your OB about referral to a "maternal fetal medicine" specialist for further advice. Tho this may be normal if this is not your first pregnancy, i would take every precaution.
