Depends.: A cystic ovarian lesion can be a benign cyst or a cystic neoplasm. Even a benign cyst can be difficult to diagnose on ct if it has blood (hemorrhagic) or debris inside it. A ct may not be able to discern a hemorrhagic cyst from a solid tumor. A cyst with a growth along its wall may be suspicious. An ultrasound may be useful. Short term follow may tell if the cyst resolve/improve.
