Maybe: If it is on the exact same spot as 5 years ago, possibly. Shingles, unfortunately, is not a one time affair. It has a tendency to come back whenever you get stressed and your immune system declines - be it from simple lack of sleep all the way to fighting a bad infection - viral or bacterial.
